Ariellë Staller is the founder and principal of Staller Law. A corporate and transactional attorney and former chief legal officer, she brings more than 15 years of experience advising founders, executives, and boards on complex legal and business matters.
She has served as general counsel and chief legal officer across several distinct sectors, including real estate, technology, energy, natural resources and materials, intellectual property, public relations, legal staffing, healthcare, cannabis, and entertainment. Her practice reflects a deep understanding of commercial, regulatory, and operational considerations that shape business decisions. Throughout her career, Ariellë has advised clients on complex transactions and strategic business initiatives and has helped raise significant private capital on behalf of clients.
Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Ariellë is also admitted before the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
